Strategy Planning Work Session Hours can be purchased at any time in your back office by clicking the button titled Special Request located in the Treasure Chest. If you already have hours reserved and would like to utilize the hours simply go to the Treasure Chest, click on special request, and complete the form. You also have the option of booking time with a Gold Business Center Advisor. Strategy Planning Work Session Hours that are purchased in bulk meaning 3 hours or more can be broken up into 30-minute increments. Strategy Planning Work Session Hours purchased before November 1 of each year must be used entirely the same year they are purchased. Hours purchased after November 1 can be rolled over to the next year. Hours will not be rolled over into the next year. All hours expire at the end of the year. There are some exceptions. Contact your Gold Business Center Advisor to discuss options. Special Requests also known as Strategy Planning Work Session Hours can be used for business-related purposes only. For example, special requests can be administrative tasks, research, phone calls, presentation, document creation, website design/updates, marketing services, client assistance, strategy consulting, accountability partner, and the list goes on and on. We even carry out task-based assignments and projects. All additional expenses if any are fully and 100% your responsibility. Special requests can be ordered directly from the website only. Projects are worked on during business hours only. We work on a first come first serve basis. Gold yearly membership fee must be paid in full to access the Member Strategy Planning | Work Sessions. We reserve the right to decline any project or request at any time with or without reason. We do not guarantee the timeliness of any project and by using this service you agree to Indemnify and hold Gold Business Credit and its affiliates harmless to any losses, lawsuits, claims, and responsibilities. All hours are non-refundable no exceptions. Purchased hours will be considered abandoned and become void after 91 days of inactivity. Purchased hours can be exchanged for other Gold Business Center Services. All hours expire with membership.
