We may review tools, resources, or your website together. A computer helps us move faster and get more done. 2. Have your business basics ready. Come prepared to share your business name, stage (idea, startup, or active), and top goals for the next 90 days. 3. Know your biggest roadblock. Think about what’s been slowing your progress — funding, structure, visibility, clarity, etc. This helps us focus fast. 4. Bring any key documents or notes. If you have a business plan, website, pitch deck, or even rough notes, keep them handy. No need to be perfect — just be ready. 5. Show up focused and distraction-free. Treat this time like a high-value strategy session — it could spark your next breakthrough. 📌 Discovery Call Cancellation & No-Show Policy > Your Discovery Call is a dedicated time reserved exclusively for you. Please honor the time and intention behind it. 🚫 No-Call / No-Show Policy > If you miss your scheduled call without prior notice, you will forfeit the session. We do not offer rebookings for missed calls without communication. We take your success seriously — and we ask that you do the same. 🔁 Need to Reschedule? No problem. Life happens. You can reschedule your Discovery Call up to 24 hours in advance using the link provided in your confirmation email. This ensures the spot can be made available to another member. ⚠️ Please Don’t Book if You Don’t Intend to Attend. Our Discovery Calls are limited and in high demand. Booking a slot you don’t plan to attend takes that opportunity from another member who’s ready to move forward.
Cancellation Policy
By scheduling a Discovery Call with Gold Business Center, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Purpose of the Call This session is a one-time strategic consultation designed to assess your current business stage, clarify your goals, and introduce the services and resources available through Gold Business Center. It is not a coaching session, legal consultation, or financial advisory meeting. Punctuality & Attendance Please arrive on time and be prepared. If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, the session may be forfeited or rescheduled at our discretion. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your Discovery Call with at least 24 hours' notice. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the call and could limit your access to future scheduling. One Call Per Business Discovery Calls are limited to one per business, unless otherwise approved by Gold Business Center. Multiple calls booked under different names but for the same business may be canceled or declined. No Guarantees Participating in a Discovery Call does not guarantee acceptance into any specific program, funding opportunity, or membership tier. All recommendations and feedback are made based on the information provided during the call and are intended for educational purposes only. Privacy & Confidentiality Any information you share during the Discovery Call will remain confidential and will not be sold or shared outside of Gold Business Center or Divine Advance, LLC without your written permission.
