Emergency Business Stabilization & Cash Blueprint Scope, Limitations & Client Responsibility Policy Effective Date: January 5, 2026 This policy defines the scope and limitations of the Emergency Business Stabilization & Cash Blueprint services, including the Emergency Session + Action Plan, 3-Day Stabilization Sprint, and related services. Nature of Services All services provided are strategic business clarity and organizational support only. Services are designed to help clients gain clarity around their current financial situation, identify immediate pressure points, organize known income and expenses, and outline practical next-step actions using existing resources. All discussions are based solely on information voluntarily provided by the client. No Licensed Services The provider does not offer legal, tax, accounting, bookkeeping, financial planning, investment, credit repair, lending, loan brokering, or grant services. Nothing provided should be interpreted as licensed or regulated advice. Clients are encouraged to consult qualified professionals for matters requiring licensure. Financial Triage Clarification “Financial triage” refers to a non-licensed clarity process that helps clients understand what money is coming in and going out, what feels urgent, where money may be stalled or leaking, and what immediate actions may help stabilize the situation. This does not include audits, verification, diagnosis, or professional determinations. No Guarantees No guarantees are made regarding income, revenue, debt reduction, or outcomes. Results depend on individual circumstances and client execution. Client Responsibility Clients remain fully responsible for all decisions and actions taken. The provider is not responsible for outcomes resulting from client decisions or third-party actions. Payment & Cancellations Full payment is required upfront. All sales are final.
