Cancellation Policy

Gold Funding Readiness Live Booking Policy Full payment is required for individual sessions. All sales are final and nonrefundable, except as required by law or if Gold Business Center (“Gold”) cancels without offering a reasonable replacement. You may reschedule to another available session with at least 24 hours’ notice using the link in your confirmation. Cancellations, changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, no-shows, late arrivals, failure to join, or attendee technical issues count as completed sessions. No refunds, credits, transfers, makeups, replacement passes, or restored membership sessions will be provided. Each attendee must register separately using their own name and email. Registrations, memberships, invitations, passes, coupons, and meeting links are nontransferable. Links may not be shared, forwarded, posted, published, sold, or used by others. Late attendees may join the remaining class, but it will not be restarted, repeated, or extended. Treasure Chest Membership bookings and Gold LIVE Completion Passes follow the same rules. A missed session or failure to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance may cause the session, benefit, or pass to be treated as used. Gold may change topics, instructors, schedules, formats, or platforms for market or operational needs. Material changes will be emailed. If Gold cancels, bookings may be transferred. If no reasonable replacement is offered, paid bookings will be refunded and applicable membership sessions or complimentary access restored. This class provides general business education, strategy, planning, funding-readiness guidance, AI-assisted business development support, and accountability only. Gold does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, lending, credit repair, or financial advice. Gold does not guarantee revenue, profits, funding, grants, loans, credit or lender approval, vendor reporting, eligibility, business success, or any specific result. Outcomes depend on the attendee’s structure, documentation, credit profile, eligibility, market conditions, third-party requirements, participation, decisions, and follow-through. By booking, purchasing, subscribing, joining, attending, or using GoldBusinessCenter.com or Gold services, you agree to the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, User Agreement, Subscriber Contact Agreement, Electronic Disclaimer, Terms and Conditions of Sale, and Terms of Service.
