Premium Strategy Session Policy Payment is required in full at the time of booking. All sales are final and non-refundable. Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments, late arrivals, cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, and failure to attend are treated as completed sessions. No refunds, credits, transfers, or make-up sessions will be provided.
