VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Volunteer With the Event
We are also accepting volunteers who want to gain experience and be part of the event.
What Volunteers Receive

Volunteer Expectations

Requirements
• must be available on June 6, 2026 (full day)
• must arrive on time and remain for assigned shift
• must be able to stand and move throughout the event

PAID EVENT STAFF POSITIONS
Paid Event Staff Opportunities
We are hiring team members to support key areas of the event.
🟨 Registration & Check-In Team
Responsibilities:
• greet and check in attendees
• verify tickets
• manage entry flow
• answer basic questions
🟨 Registration & Check-In Team
Responsibilities:
• greet and check in attendees
• verify tickets
• manage entry flow
• answer basic questions
🟨 Vendor Support Team
Responsibilities:
• assist vendors with setup
• direct booth placement
• support vendors throughout the day
• help manage vendor traffic flow
🟨 Food Service & Support Team
Responsibilities:
• assist with welcome bite and lunch service
• maintain clean food areas
• support food flow during the mixer
• restock supplies
🟨 Stage & Program Support
Responsibilities:
• manage timing between sessions
• support speakers and transitions
• assist with pitch contest timing and flow
🟨 General Event Support (Float Team)
Responsibilities:
• assist wherever needed
• handle real-time issues
• support all teams
• maintain overall event flow
🟨 Sales Representatives (Commission-Based)
We are looking for 1–2 motivated individuals to help sell tickets and promote the event.
Responsibilities:
• promote the event through outreach
• sell tickets (online or in person)
• follow up with leads
• represent the event professionally
Compensation
Earn commission per ticket sold:
• $10 per $40 ticket
• $20 per $60 ticket
• $30 per $90 ticket
Important Notes
• No commission on discounted tickets
• High performers may receive additional opportunities
• This role is performance-based
• This role is ideal for strong communicators and self-starters.
🟨 Brand Ambassadors (Online + Street Promotion)
We are looking for individuals to help promote the event online and in their communities.
Responsibilities:
• post and share event content
• promote through social media
• talk to people about the event
• direct traffic to ticket page
Compensation Options
Brand Ambassadors may receive:
• commission on ticket sales
• free or discounted event access
• merchandise (shirts, etc.)
• recognition and future opportunities
Important Notes
• Top performers may be invited into paid or leadership roles for future events.
• No commission on discounted tickets
• High performers may receive additional opportunities
• This role is performance-based
• This role is ideal for strong communicators and self-starters.
